1.2 Account Creation and Responsibilities

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) account with tjjl casino. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts under false identities, or allowing other persons to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and fund forfeiture. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. You agree to immediately notify tjjl customer support of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. tjjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

2.1 Deposit Requirements

All deposits to your tjjl account must be made using payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through authorized Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and credit or debit cards issued in your name. All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. tjjl reserves the right to modify deposit limits, add or remove payment methods, and implement additional verification requirements at our sole discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. General bonus terms that apply to all promotional offers include but are not limited to: wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility), game contribution percentages (different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time limits for fulfilling wagering requirements, and restricted games that cannot be played with bonus funds.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) indicating how many times the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit amount, must be wagered. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must place PHP 30,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute one hundred percent (100%), while table games may contribute ten to twenty percent (10%-20%), and some games may be entirely excluded from bonus play.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period, typically ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) days from bonus activation. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the time limit results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets or play games; exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for unfair advantage; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in multiplayer or competitive games; engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities; using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions; participating in money laundering or using tjjl services to transfer funds obtained through illegal means; creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions; sharing account access with other persons; and any other conduct that tjjl determines, in its sole discretion, to be unfair, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

Detection of prohibited activities will result in immediate action including but not limited to: account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, reversal of past withdrawals if fraudulent activity is confirmed, reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected, and pursuit of legal remedies including civil litigation and criminal prosecution where warranted. tjjl employs sophisticated detection systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious activities and reserves the right to conduct investigations without prior notice to the account holder.

5.1 Grounds for Termination

tjjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms or any other policy; provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification; failure to complete identity verification when requested; suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; creation of multiple accounts; bonus abuse; use of prohibited software or techniques; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; prolonged account inactivity; and any other circumstance where tjjl determines, in its sole discretion, that account closure is warranted to protect the integrity of the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or safeguard other users.

Upon account termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. If termination occurs due to violation of these Terms or detection of prohibited activities, all funds in your account including deposits, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited and tjjl will have no obligation to refund or transfer such funds. In cases of voluntary account closure or termination not resulting from Terms violations, tjjl will process withdrawal of legitimate funds in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of verification requirements and clearance of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

5.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and the exclusion period you specify will be strictly enforced - you will not be permitted to reopen your account during the self-exclusion period regardless of any subsequent requests. For non-responsible-gaming closures, a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours will be implemented before final closure to allow reconsideration. During this period, your account will remain accessible but you are encouraged to carefully consider your decision.

Before account closure is finalized, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account (subject to verification requirements and wagering obligations). 6.1 Service Availability

tjjl endeavors to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, server problems, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. tjjl shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice and without liability.

In the event of technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, display errors, or system failures, tjjl reserves the right to void affected game rounds, cancel bets, adjust account balances, and take any other corrective action necessary to restore system integrity. Affected players will be notified of the malfunction and corrective action taken. Your sole remedy in such circumstances is limited to correction of your account balance to reflect what it would have been had the malfunction not occurred, as determined by tjjl in its sole discretion.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tjjl, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use the Service; any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; technical malfunctions or failures; losses incurred while gaming; disputes with other users; or any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall tjjl's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one thousand Philippine Peso (PHP 1,000), whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based and even if tjjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Service, or your relationship with tjjl shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, tjjl reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights, enforce these Terms, or prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for such purposes and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and tjjl regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. tjjl's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without tjjl's prior written consent. tjjl may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations to any successor entity, subsidiary, affiliate, or third party without restriction or notice.
